LL126 requires owners of parking structures within NYC to have their garages inspected every six (6) years and file a condition assessment report to the DOB.
Recent DOB Update: All parking structures in sub-cycles 1B & 1C are to file an Initial Observation Report by August 1, 2024.
All work is to be conducted by a Qualified Parking Structures Inspector (QPSI).

Penalties
Late Filing (Initial Report) - $1,000 per month
Failure to File (Initial Report) - $5,000 per year
Failure to Correct Unsafe Conditions - $1,000 per month
Failure to Correct SREM Conditions - $2,000 (one time)
