HAWA Engineering P.C. was commissioned by a client to develop complete drawing sets and lead construction for a 12,000 sq. ft. residence in a prestigious Long Island neighborhood containing 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a grand entrance containing a double staircase, pool with a pool house, and much more.

Our firm conducted thorough zoning and building code analyses to maximize potential designs, followed by the development of full architectural, structural, energy, and MEP drawing sets for approval.

After receiving all necessary permits, we mobilized and managed all construction units and teams required until completion from preparing the land and laying the foundation to the finishing touches. We are proud to have brought this property from empty ground to a beautiful home.
